Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join the Rehab Center team. Under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor, you will perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certification current and maintained.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor, MS in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Uphold Mercy mission, values and Service Standards.
