Job summary

Regency Gresham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Physical Therapist. You will evaluate, plan, organize, and administer physical therapy services in alignment with federal, state, and local standards to ensure high-quality care for residents in a compassionate setting.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy assistants, developing treatment goals, coordinating with physicians, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT evaluation, planning, and implementation of therapy services per standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records management.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure quality care and ethics compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs and goals.
• Instruct patients and families on home treatment plans and use of devices.
