Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or CAPTE-accredited equivalent.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the employing state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan physical therapy services.
• Develop treatment goals and programs.
• Administer therapy procedures and assistive devices where appropriate.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercises and device use.
• Maintain documentation and chart progress.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for ongoing care.
• Assist and supervise Therapy Assistants as needed.
