Job summary

Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to split time between Harmony House and Regency Omak. You will evaluate, plan and administer therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

You will supervise assistants, develop goals, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of employment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, organize and administer physical therapy services with high quality care.
• Support therapists by providing training and guidance to technicians and enhance patient care.
• Maintain documentation of all treatment and prepare reports as required.
• Provide therapeutic procedures and develop documented treatment goals with referring staff.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs and administer exercises to improve function.
• Instruct and motivate patients in activities and use of assistive devices.
• Record treatment progress in patient charts and coordinate with physicians.

Education

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program
