Job summary

Regency Gresham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, organize, and administer therapy services in a compassionate, patient‑centered environment. You will document care, coordinate with physicians, and develop treatment goals and programs aligned with the medical staff's directives.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Maintain, prior to onboarding and during employment, a current, unrestricted OT license for the assigned state.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, organizes and administers occupational therapy services following standards and guidelines to ensure high quality care.
• Provide and document therapy with a full range of procedures, coordinating with physicians and staff.
• Develop treatment goals, plan written programs, and instruct patients and families for home continuation.
• Record progress in patient charts and coordinate treatment with the care team.
