Job summary

Froedtert Health, serving the Froedtert ThedaCare region, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered therapy. You will assess, plan, implement and document treatments, working across rehab departments as needed to meet patient needs and improve outcomes.

A WI license is required, with a minimum of two years of PT experience and BLS certification within 3 months of hire. The role is on-site at our CP-Ortho, Sports & Spine Center facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience.
• WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Heart Association BLS within 3 months of hire.

Job Summary

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. TRAINING REQUIRED: Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSURE REQUIRED: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
