On-site, Full-time Equivalent (FTE) 0.8, Standard Hours 32.00, Shift 1. Holidays and weekends are specified in shift details.
Outpatient Physical Therapist – Multi‑department therapist. Will float between several clinical sites.
A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.
