Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Therapist II for inpatient care at Evanston Hospital in Illinois. The role is a full-time position with Monday–Friday hours, including occasional weekend and holiday rotations.

You will evaluate and treat referred patients and maintain records in EPIC EMR, while supervising students as needed. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, hold IL licensure or eligibility, and have BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program of the Medical or American Physical Therapy Association or educational equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
• BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association
• Current experience in acute care setting (ICU, CVA, Ortho, Neuro). Will consider a new graduate with strong fieldwork in acute care hospital setting

• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing in our EPIC EMR
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students

Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Position: Physical Therapist II - Inpatient Location: Evanston Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm Rotation into 2 weekend days per month and 2 Holidays per year (2 summer and 2 winter)
