Endeavor Health - Outpatient Orthopedics is hiring a Physical Therapist I in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role offers full-time, 40 hours weekly with hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and no travel requirements.

You will evaluate, treat, and follow up with patients referred by physicians, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in student supervision. IL licensure and CPR are required, with a focus on outpatient ortho care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL.
• Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by relevant education bodies or equivalents.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in outpatient ortho settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.

$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
