BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Part Time role performing home health visits in Calvert County. The position involves visiting adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Requirements include:

• Availability to see patients Monday-Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home. Your responsibilities include:

• Making home visits in designated areas.
• Performing diagnostic tests and measurements.
• Implementing wound care interventions.
• Developing and updating personalized care plans.
• Educating clients and families on rehabilitative activities.
• Documenting care activities accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications include:

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers; experience with EMR preferred.
