We are currently seeking a Part-Time Telehealth Therapist to join our FOLX Behavioral Health Services! As a therapist with FOLX, you will provide individual therapy to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual therapy via synchronous video sessions to adults with various mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians for comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX clinical team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and implement therapeutic interventions; monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team through EMR, following FOLX policies.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical discussions.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.
• Help design, coordinate, and deliver therapy services and programs for diverse patient populations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state therapy regulations.
• Maintain necessary state licenses.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You'll Bring:

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) to practice upon hire; support for additional licenses as needed.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience serving the trans and queer community.
• Previous telehealth experience.
• Commitment to FOLX's mission and Informed Consent Model of Care based on empowerment, transparency, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Self-motivated, independent, adaptable to change.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and ability to learn new apps.
• Experience working with diverse backgrounds and communities.

Compensation:

Rate: $70 per visit (45-minute visits plus admin time).
