BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits for our Salem County office, located in West Deptford, NJ. This office services clients on a per visit basis throughout Salem County, NJ.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing, enabling clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility, joint range, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength and endurance, balance, and safety assessments.
• Implement protective interventions to prevent wounds and promote healing using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative activities to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately using a touch pad tablet.

Qualifications for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

• A current NJ Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program, evidenced by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
