Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a Physical Therapist for Home Care to join our Certified Home Health team.

We seek a resident-centered PT who provides holistic care and implements personalized care plans for older adults, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation: $48-$52 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plan, wellness programs, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must meet current Medicare and Maryland state requirements.
• Valid Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults preferred.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus

What you will need:

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy licenseExperience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
