Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist! We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.
$48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus
