Job summary

University of Delaware seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to support residents in SNF, assisted living and memory care. You will deliver person-centered care, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.

Compensation ranges from $48–$52 per hour ($99,800–$108k yearly) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k match, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current Physical Therapy license for the State of Maryland.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy to residents in SNF, Assisted Living & Memory Care.
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and comfort.
• Work with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
• Provide one-on-one appointments and coordinated PT sessions with residents.

We are hiring resident-centered full time Physical Therapists to support our Skill Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living & Memory Care team!
