Job summary

Erickson Senior Living – Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team. You will implement personal care plans, focus on residents’ strengths, and support physical, emotional, and clinical needs.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $48–$52 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must meet Medicare and Maryland state requirements.
• Must possess a valid Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Experience completing documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (e.g., OASIS).

• Provide holistic physical therapy services to residents in Home Care.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus

• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need:

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
