Job summary

Cox HPS of the Ozarks is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluation, direction, and application of Physical Therapy services. The role involves relieving pain and restoring function for patients while maintaining their maximum physical performance.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program, preferably with one year of experience, and must have a current Physical Therapist license. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, and Retirement with Employer Match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program or two years experience as PT with satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam.
• Preferred 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Current Physical Therapist license or registration required; Active Driver’s License required.
