Job Description

Education

Required: Graduate of two (2) year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Experience

Required: Two (2) years experience as Physical Therapist Assistant and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as PTA after December 31, 1977.)

Skills

Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant active in the State of Missouri.
• Required: Active Driver's License.
