Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work in-facility, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver comprehensive physical therapy. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the rehab team, and teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or a Master's degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence to Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessment and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients and train caregivers as needed.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Contribute to patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice
