Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to diverse patient populations.

You will be part of a collaborative team, providing education to patients and caregivers to promote independence, with leadership from the Director of Rehab and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the practicing state(s) or eligible.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master’s degree in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years PT experience.
• UT/foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed.
• Work in-facility under supervision of Director of Rehab.

Education

PT license (state)

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

Master’s degree in PT related field + Bachelor’s in PT

Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluation to US equivalent
