Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in in‑facility settings for patients across age groups. You will assess needs, create recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy with a focus on restoring function and independence.

You will work with a team of therapists, educators, and caregivers to implement individualized treatment plans and promote patient progress, while collaborating closely with the Director of Rehab for guidance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or have license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with a rehab team and refer when appropriate to ensure optimal care.
