Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients regain strength and function.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians across disciplines and participate in our mentorship and education programs. We value growth, compassionate care, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Master's in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Physical Therapist will assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings and collaborate with rehab team.
• Report to Director of Rehab and participate in program development.

Education

PT license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT
