Job summary
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, design individualized recovery plans, implement treatment protocols, and monitor progress to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy required, or a related field with appropriate credentials.
- Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalency.
- Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
- Collaborate with rehab team and refer to specialists as needed.
