Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver in-facility physical therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers, promoting independence and safety in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required; or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to the US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation.

Education

Physical Therapy license (state).

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Degree earned outside US evaluated as US equivalent
