Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across diverse care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to program development while upholding professional conduct and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient/inpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities
