Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality therapy across facilities with strong clinical support and growth opportunities. A $3500 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with the state's practice act.
