Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs is included, with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

The role supports full-time and PRN scheduling across our nationwide network, with a sign-on bonus offered and ongoing clinical training from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid_state_license_to_practice_as_a_Physical_Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
