Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and guide exercises to help regain mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and any other relevant state certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities, goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and best practices.
• Delegate and use a PTA when applicable.
