Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in SNF and acute care settings. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in collaboration with facilities and clients.

The role emphasizes professional conduct, regulatory compliance, and ongoing clinical leadership to grow a robust PT program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise PT sessions to maximize patient function.
• Oversee PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal PT regulations.
