Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops an appropriate treatment plan with goals.
• Provides direct therapy to patients daily following plan of care.
• Maintains accurate records in EMR and coordinates services.
• Supervises PT aides as applicable.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care.
