Mercy Health Center Rehab Center seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to assess and design individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. The role includes direct patient supervision, indirect supervision of rehab technicians, and supervising PT assistants in line with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Requirements include an active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license (or registry eligible) and BLS certification, with six months to one year of rehab experience preferred.
