Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will supervise therapists, technicians, and assistants while adhering to Mercy standards.

Requires a PT degree and active license, with BLS certification current. Preferred candidates have 6–12 months of rehab experience and comfort working in a team-focused, compassionate environment that values patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current/temporary Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
• BLS certification current before independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts and Mercy policies.
