Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and treat adult and geriatric patients with comprehensive, individualized programs. You will supervise patients and rehab staff under Therapy Leadership, ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards.

Preferred candidates have 6–12 months of rehab experience and a current PT license in the state of practice, with BLS certification required. Mercy offers strong benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current/Temporary PT license in state of practice.
• BLS certification must be current.
• Six months to one year of rehab experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as permitted by state acts.
• Work under Therapy Leadership to ensure alignment with Mercy mission and service standards.
