Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• BLS certification current and valid.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MS/BS) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Coordinate with PT assistants under State Practice Acts.
• Align care with Mercy mission and service standards.
