Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Creve Coeur, MO seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist under the Rehab Therapy supervisor to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric patients. The role includes direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants as per policy.

Required: Oklahoma PT license or registry eligible, BLS certification; preferred 6–12 months experience with adult/geriatric populations; Mercy

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Six months to one year experience in Rehabilitation Physical Therapist preferred; experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
