Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our expanding national footprint. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with other disciplines.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, adjusting plans based on outcomes, and educating patients/families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Full-time daytime schedule at St. Louis locations.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of prior PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Documents progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• ?Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• ?Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• ?1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• ?Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
