Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Saint Charles, MN, to join a therapist-led team at Whitewater Health Services. A Doctor of Physical Therapy is required, current MN license, NPTE passed, and at least 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
