Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Browns Valley Health Center in Browns Valley, MN. This full-time, daytime role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is licensed in the state, and has NPTE eligibility; while one year of PT experience is preferred, we value ongoing professional growth and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
