Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Marshfield, WI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an active Wisconsin license, and NPTE completion, with a preference for 1 year of PT experience.

You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families on home programs, and collaborate with other disciplines. We offer full-time daytime hours, comprehensive benefits, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
