Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a leadership-driven team expanding to a national footprint. The position is at Wayne Health & Rehab Center in Huber Heights, OH, offering a full-time daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), possess an active license (NPTE eligible), and preferably have 1 year of PT experience to contribute to individualized care and progressive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomesEducates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
