Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team at Riverview Pointe in Olmstead Falls, OH. The role emphasizes evaluating and treating patients with evidence-based plans of care.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), current Ohio license, and be eligible to take the NPTE. One year of PT experience is preferred. The schedule is full-time with daytime hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
