We are hiring Physical Therapists for FT and PRN visits in Oklahoma City and Norman!

The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, the therapist helps determine a treatment plan, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluates progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting physicians in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore or develop function, and maintain maximum functioning according to standards of practice.
• Educate and inform the healthcare team, patients, and families about the care plan, functional limitations, and progress.

Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
