Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at a Skilled Nursing Facility located at Austin Trace Nursing & Rehab, Washington Township, OH.

The position involves working approximately 30 hours a week for a 3-month period from end of September 2025 to end of November 2025. Bonus pay is available for covering the entire 3 months with consistent hours.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. The therapist will collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing support and expertise in Physical Therapy.

Requirements for the Physical Therapist:

• Ohio Physical Therapy license
• Physical Therapist degree (Masters or Doctorate)
