Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatrics. You will supervise patients and coordinate with rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Qualifications include an Oklahoma license (or registry eligible), BLS certification, and 6–12 months of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per Oklahoma Practice Act.
