Job description

Under the general supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor at the Rehab Center at Mercy Health Center, and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and standards of treatment, performs objective assessments as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details

Education: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible. Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy

Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Preferred experience includes care for adult and geriatric patients.

Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
