Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and treat adults and geriatric patients. Under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor, you will perform objective assessments and design comprehensive, individualized treatment programs, while supervising patients and coordinating with rehab technicians and PT assistants in line with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Requires Oklahoma PT license (or registry eligible), and a degree (B.S., M.S., or DPT).

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation PT.
• BLS certification required and must be current before caring for patients independently.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients; indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
