Confluent Health’s MOTION PT Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary clinic with modern facilities and a mentorship-rich team. The role offers a robust compensation range and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of practice.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust care based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Specific hours will be discussed during the hiring manager interview. Candidates interested inpart-time work are also encouraged to apply.

*The posted salary and sign-on bonus apply to full-time positions; part-time compensation will be based on the applicable part-time pay range.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads
