Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) in Hazelwood, MO, is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership. The role includes supervising staff and ensuring compliance with standards in an orthopedics/outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree, current state licensure, and BLS; 6–12 months of adult/geriatric care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current state licensure or temporary licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult/geriatric care.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk and perform bending and reaching.

The position involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to patients, overseeing rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts, all while adhering to departmental policies, standards, and organizational values.
