Job summary

Health Marketing in Minnesota is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care in line with professional standards and organizational policies. You will manage a diverse caseload across outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise support staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and settings.
