Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled outpatient therapy in an orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic setting.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver therapy, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare providers, delegate tasks to assistants and students, and complete documentation, while evaluating progress and planning discharge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not mandatory.

This full-time Physical Therapist provides skilled outpatient therapy services in an orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic setting.
